Zipper broken after 1 month of use

Price ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can't get those ice packs it comes with separately, so when it gets punctured, you have to find an alternative, they do not sell replacement packs, and they are a unique size.. The bag itself is jut pretty standard or avarage.
