returning. trash quality.

I specifically looked to see if it stated anywhere that it was rechargeable or used batteries… never said. bought it anyway. of course it uses a battery, was a little disappointed with that. wouldn’t have bought it if it would’ve just stated that from the beginning. then actually trying to use it takes an act of god. the power button is obviously just for show. this thing is so cheaply made. to get it to turn on, you have to slide the cover back off- like you’re changing the battery, and just mess with it. spin the battery around. bounce the battery. pluck at it. whatever. and just hope for the best. it might eventually turn on. and keep in mind, this is a brand new battery that was wrapped up and came with the device. it’s just so poorly made, I’m not even surprised. I should’ve splurged for the foreo or something else better to begin with.
