Faulty String Hook

In the evening that I bought them (night before expecting snow in NYC), I was trying them on and the first round hook that holds the string (I was simply trying to adjust it) the round hook fell off!!! UGH! I didn't return them because I was going to need them for the snow the next morning! If you buy, please check the little round hooks that hold the strings & do any string adjusting (tightened them a bit) before you leave the store.

Skechers winter boot

These Boots are so comfortable, easy to put on and off especially for a senior person. I've been looking for a pair that goes on so easy and comfortable at the same time. Perfect for the winter weather coming.
