VERY disappointed in what I received from Macy's

I was thrilled to see these shoes when I opened the box because I needed a new pair of "walkers" and these seemed perfect. But I was unhappy to discover that, although the right shoe had a custom, sewn-in, cushioned inner sole, the left shoe had a flat, hard inner sole that was covered by a cheap, yellow, lightly cushioned insert. Refer to the pictures I've included. I was very, very disappointed in Macy's for actually sending this pair to me - I expect better customer service than this! Obviously, even though I really wanted and loved these shoes when I saw them, I am sending them back and asking for an exchange or a refund.

Sketchers shoes

I wore these mostly in my house for 2 weeks and the top of the shoes is falling apart. Missed window to exchange. Very sad
