Missing from order

I ordered a broom/dustpan set along with these pants. The pants were missing from the box. I called and the representative let me know that they couldn't send a replacement as there were none in stock. However, I found a suitable replacement which was slightly higher in price but the representative wouldn't price match saying the order would have to ship first. She also wouldn't speed up the shipment to replace the pants. Also I used Star Money and she said they could credit that but not until the order was placed. I literally placed the order while on the phone with her. Let her know that but then she said she couldn't credit anything and I'd have to call back once the order shipped. I'm highly annoyed and disappointed 😞

Almost perfect

Great fitting, comfortable, nice weight to the fabric - not too thin or heavy. Would have given it 5 stars if the front had a “fake” zipper seam instead of just a straight front seam. I’m 5’8 and got the long length

Best casual pants.

I have several of these pants. Very soft and comfortable. Flare is perfect. Somewhat long. I am 5’5. You may have to hem them. I did. 1 1/2 inch. If you are taller no problem.

Nice pants

These are very comfortable and look nice. They have thigh and butt pockets. They are a little long, I’m 5’6” so average when buying most pants. I ordered the medium despite being a size 4 because I don’t like pants that are tight around the waist. The flare is not too much and they washed well
