Outsole is slippery

The outsole of the shoes is very slippery. Tried on wood floor and it was sliding all over the places with no gripes.

Heel too loose

The heel is way too loose. My foot slips out while I walk. I tried thicker socks but it still happens. Otherwise it’s comfortable but doesn’t work for me.

Heel slides out. Bungees not tight enough

Great looking shoe but the fit is horrible! Heel keeps sliding out. Thinking the shoe was too big I returned for a smaller size 7.5 and unfortunately the issue was the same. Returning both pairs for refund and looking for something else. It’s too bad. I do not recommend.
