Why would Macy’s send me these open box sneakers? I got home and I couldn’t wait to try on my new pair of Kicks but they’re not as new as I thought they would be 😢. Who do I talk to about this??

Awesome Sneakers

Was looking for a Sketchers brand shoe with a support heel. I have hip bursitis and needed extra shoe padding for walking.These are the best for my condition and I bought these when they were on sale as well!
