Wrong color, wrong size, wrong brand, wrong style.

I ordered these as a Christmas present for my 91-year-old father. When they were arrived, they were actually a size 11 WHITE Converse high-top shoe!! I sent them back, but the original shoe I ordered (which showed on the shipping receipt) was out of stock. Frustrating.
