VERY SAD GRAND DAUGHTER!

Purchase last month. To my granddaughter’s disappointment the right shoe no longer lights up. Denied. Managed denied Replacement because I did not have original box! She barely wore them, wanted to keep for her Phoenix Christian Valentine event, she’s getting a Star award that day. He said the battery was out, but does not know how to replace. Please let your guests know ALL returns require original box.

does not light up!

cute shoe but after a week the shoes don't light up anymore. My Granddaughter was disappointed and so was I. 😡
