    • To use: Apply on dry skin, after cleansing. Remove from sachet and gently unfold. Place mask squarely on the entire face, smoothing to fit the curves of the face, adjusting around eyes, nose, and mouth.
    • Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes, or longer for maximum absorption. To remove, peel off the mask and wipe off any excess liquid. Do not rinse. Discard the mask after single use.

They shipped me wrong item

I ordered this SKII facial mask. This is my first time to order things from Macys online. But when I got the shipment. I found out it is a perfume instead of the facial mask I ordered. I called the customer service three times. The first time they said on their system it shows it is not delivered yet even though on my account it shows that it is delivered. And the box I got has the correct tracking number as shown on my account. So I called again two days later. They asked me if I want a refund or a reship. I confirmed that I want a reship. One day later, I called the customer service again and they told me that they started refund. I am not sure what is going on inside the Macy's system but it is a total mess. I will just move forward with refund. I am so tired of the whole process. I don't have issue with SKII facial mask itself. I got some from Japan and I really like it.

BEST Mask

This mask is one of the BEST masks I have ever used! It truly is leaves your skin feeling absolutely amazing and all of the products are outstanding! You feel such a positive difference in your skin and a beautiful glow. It’s a MUST HAVE product!

My Too Large Forehead

As a male, I would prefer a large size option. As it is, I buy the pack of 10 and use each once a month like a facial treatment, as intended. Is marvelous. I open it onto a clean dinner plate since it is soaked in serum. I do take scissors and cut the top half free, so I can apply it to my larger scalp. The lower half is cut enough places where you can spread out and fold them over each other. By opening on a plate, is a clean surface, no loss of solution and ability to unfold without ripping. Again, where is the large mask size. I truly can only do 1/2 my forehead. Even though, there would be enough solution remaining in the packet I can place on still exposed skin. Refreshing. Glowing.

An Amazing Home Treatment

This mask left my face hydrated and glowing for days. It brightened my complexion. You can even save some of the leftover product in the packaging to use for later. If you have an event, this mask will help your makeup look better on your skin and give you a glow from within. It's pricey as far as sheet masks go, but worth every penny.
