Absolutely ridiculous!

I received this in a ziplock bag, it’s supposed to come in the red box as advertised. I’ve never had any items come in a ziplock bag. Especially paying at that price. How am I going to gift it without the box?

Wrong items received but no help

I received wrong items and didn’t receive these serums. Although I contacted Macy’s multiple time about this issue, but they did not help and canceled my request of receiving wrong items.
