Item missing in action--never received

I never received this item. I ordered it on July 12 and the tracking number says it's wandering around out there somewhere, but it hasn't shown up at my house. Since the item is no longer available as a replacement, I was given a refund instead. Needless to say, I am not eager to order online from Macy's again.
