Terrible!

Why isn't there a zero star option? This is useless. After navigating my way through the pictorial instructions, I got the thing together and the velcro flaps on the sides on top and bottom which are supposed to secure the fabric to the poles are way too short. You can secure one side but you're 3-4 inches too short on the other. The way they are shown in the photo isn't going to happen. Consequently, one side is floppy. Then there's the problem with operating the drawers. When opening them, the vertical edges catch the drawer above and below so you have to fight with it to get it opened. A pile of shoeboxes would be more efficient storage than these drawers. A piece of junk and a complete waste of time and energy. Macy's, I expected more from you. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this product is so bad, I wanted to save others from the same frustration I experienced.
