Horrible

Typically I love the products I get from Simple Human, but this mirror has been terrible. I got a refurbished one, and it did not work properly from day one. They honored the warranty- twice. And twice I was sent a mirror that failed to work properly. They finally said they would send me a new one, and then sent me a used one. I am completely frustrated at this point.
