Great idea and product “BUT!

The item came in a well packaged box but upon its installation I noticed several nicks in the stainless steel pull pump Which looks like they have poor quality review issues. Works great other than it poor looks

Leaked from the bottom, but was able to fix

I ordered 2 sets of the shampoo - body wash wall dispensers. 1 with 3 dispensers , and 1 with 2 dispenser. One of the dispensers poured out body wash from the underneath as soon as I filled it. Thankfully I was able to disassemble the dispenser and discovered the small tube connecting the pump mechanism to the body wash reservoir wasn’t attached. I reattached the connecting tube and reassembled the dispenser. It works perfectly. It’s nice having all the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash bottles off the shower floor. The dispensers look great, work well, and are very convenient.

Adhesive fails quickly

Had on the shower wall, nowhere near the stream of water even, the adhesive failed in less than a year, and the whole unit was falling off the wall.. If you plan on using this with the sticky pad, don’t.

Just Doesn't Work.

I now have bought/received 6 of these pumps. An original 3 pump set, one replacement after it stopped pumping.. and now these two to replace the other originals that have also stopped working. Only one of the six actually work (the one that was sent as a replacement)... An 83% failure rate is not great, and it's really challenging to get help... or a working product. I'd stay far away from this.
