Unsure
This is my second Silk'n device, so I was pretty excited about this latest version. I was happy with my first use. I like the heat effect mostly, it's really soothing for me. However, after that first used, I felt a sudden lightheadedness and headache. And I did follow the proper time for each areas, maybe even a little less time spent. I could not really concluded that it is the Silk'n that caused my headache at least on my first used. So after a few days or so, this time on my second used I said to myself that I should be able to determine what my body will react. Sure enough shortly after my second time used of Silk'n, I experienced another same symptoms. I did not want to further test myself with the device anymore, so I decided to return it. I am not concluding that the device is harmful. Everybody reacts differently. I am dissapointed that I had to return it, but at the same time I don't want to put myself in any harm.

Helped my jowls and excess facial fat
I focused on jowls and jawline for a few months and noticed real results. I tend to full cheeks and jowliness, and this definitely helped. See pictures. No difference in my weight, pics taken two months apart. I'm now focusing on crepiness on chest and neck. My skin looks overall better, I'm also using a home IPL machine for texture and spots and that helps too. The titan technology is radio frequency not just heat and infrared as some reviewers said, its a weaker version of the medical version, thermage. Not a face lift or miracle but helps if used regularly. I'm in my mid 60s btw.

Silk'n Titan slider gel has parabens.
The slider gel has parabens in its ingredients. Is there a slider gel that can be used that does not have parabens?

Slider Gel concern
Beware that the Silk'n Silder Gel contains the following parabens: Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, and Propylparaben. Intake of parabens is a possible concern because studies have shown that parabens have weak estrogen-like properties. Estrogen is a female hormone known to cause breast cells (both normal and cancerous) to grow and divide. Studies have found traces of parabens in some samples of breast cancer tumors. I like the Silk'n Titan, but did not know parabens were in the Sliders Gel. Not just one paraben. Three different parabens. Would like to keep the Silk'n Titan device, but would like to use a different gel that does not have harmful parabens. Any suggestions???
