Very poor logistical experience

Dress had a hole in it in the store so I ordered it online. Two weeks later, I called Macy’s customer service and was told the order was lost so they canceled it. Yet nobody ever told me it was lost or canceled. The store couldn’t find the same dress that wasn’t damaged. Very poor logistics.

This dress is THE TRUTH

Great style, material and length. Determine your comfort zone with fitted dresses before buying. Ordered for a voluptuous 18-year-old with curves and some tummy. The dress is true to size with a little stretch to it, but order a size up if you are conservative. It accentuates the natural curve and is not see-through. Versatile: shoes and accessories can make it classy or informal.

Elegant dress to wear!

Black dress was amazingly stunning & elegant looking. I received plenty of compliments and pictures says it all. The dress was comfortable and had a great time dancing.
