Cuts like butter

I simply love this knife. it’s light to handle. gives you such a smooth cut that you will be amazed at it. the moment it touches any vegetables or meat it just glides through. this has become my only knife now. I am waiting to buy the set and as an icing on a cake so affordable.

Not Shun

This is not a Shin knife. It’s made in China. Blade is jagged and not precision like Shun knives.

Great knife

This knife is light and very comfortable to use. The blade is very sharp and it holds its edge very well. It is a fine example of a Japanese knife. I would definitely buy it again.

Misleading label

These are not Shun knives as the label leads you to believe. They are Kai and manufactured in China. Not at all the same quality that you'll be paying for with Shun.
