Rash on my face

After using it for 3 weeks, my skin become red then become rash on the 4th week. I tried yo contact someone to help me return this item, but no one has reach back to me yet. There is the link on the website but with AI chat. I requested the return label last week but nothing yet. Shiseido is my everyday skincare routine, but not this product. How do i get a hold of someone to help me return this product?

Lighten the spots

I have been using the micro-spot serum for more than 10 years. Although the spots don't totally disappear, it lightens the spot and prevents getting more. So I have to continue using it even though it's pricey.

Still to see

The product itself is great! However, I ordered this item online when the item arrived, the canister is empty ! Now I’m wary to buy stuff especially cosmetic products online. To add insult the store clerk wrote on the canister not to be returned! As though I emptied the contents and used it all in a matter of 2 days! It’s a horrible experience but the product itself remains to be seen as it’s my first time using it
