38 year customer and won't buy again

After 38 years of using Shiseido I'm switching brands. The change to bio performance super revitalizing cream is intolerable. It now smells like formula 409 cleaning fluid :(

Change the formula

I’m 44 and I’ve been using this since I was 20 when I was poor and had to put it on my Dillards card and pay it off monthly payments, but it was great for my very dry skin. Nothing else came close to how emollient and hydrating it was. I use the last of a jar like six months ago and recently decided to get another jar to put in my arsenal and a little would go a long way. They have definitely changed the formula. It’s now no more hydrating than any basically over-the-counter moisturizer. And with my dry skin I have and try a lot of moisturizers. I’m not gonna return it, but I definitely will not be purchasing again.

Why did you change product?

I have used this amazing cream for many years. It now has a fragrance that is causing a rash to my sensitive skin and causes my skin to be red instead of the normal radiant beautiful skin. Please remove the fragrance and go back to the original formula.

Yes definitely

I have used this cream for years. I layer my moisturizers and this is the last cream I put it on at night. In the morning my skin feels soft and dewy.
