Awful scent on my new bottle.

I've been using this moisturizer for 10+ years, loved it and it's my go to cream for all these years. Just opened a new bottle, the new scent is awful, strong and cheap. Very disappointed to the change.

Newbie here

I bought this for the first time and it did improve my skin but I don't like the smell and the texture is a bit greasy. After about 2-3 hours it seems to absorb fully but it shouldn't make my face feel greasy. Sometimes it will feel a tad sticky. This might not be the best product for me, sadly.

Will never on-line order from Macys again!!!

on-line ordered the product on 5/24/25, but didn't receive after ten days. called help-center for reshipment on 6/4 and was promised an confirmation email in three days. didn't receive any email. called the help-center again on 6/9 and was told to continue waiting. Both call took me a long time to go through!

I Thought The Cream I Received Was Fake

I have been using this cream for 28 years. But few months ago, when I received two boxes I thought they were fake. Because the color of the cream was different, and the worst thing was it had scent!! The scent made me so headache that I could not concentrate on work. I later purchased more from other places but received the same cream with scent. This cream irritates my face skin! I am so disappointed! Please bring back the original cream!
