Bad quality eye cream

I ordered two Benefiance Smoothing & Brightening Eyes Sets. When opened a Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream, 15mL (Full Size), I was in shock. This cream was OLD. Instead of nice cream that I used to buy, the jar contained pieces of ugly substance. I never expected Shiseido to sell this quality product. I'm not sure if I want to order from Shiseido again.

Buy , you’ll like it!

I’ve been using Shiseido eye cream for a few years now. I love it because it doesn’t sting my eyes and applies on well. A little goes a long way. Makes my eyes look refreshed.

Price tag stickers need to stop.

This is a Christmas gift and when the online order arrived, I noticed a price sticker permanently attached to cover and could not remove. These should not have price stickers on them, especially considering this is a gift and if purchased from a retail store, they do not put non-removable price tags on Shiseido products.
