Wont keep a charge
Returned the next day after purchasing. It would not hold a charge and would only work while plugged in.

Poor Quality. Do not purchase. Do not recommend.
Extremely disappointed. Will not charge. The only way it will operate is when it is plugged into an electrical outlet. Shame on me I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. After receiving & not working properly I then read the reviews which many had the same problem as me. Quite frankly Sharper Image & Macy's should stop selling. I am now questioning future orders.

Disappointed
Very disappointed. I was looking forward to relaxing with this device massaging my neck. But it wouldn’t charge or work. Then in desperation after boxing it up to return to the store, I tried one more time to see if it would at least come on while connected to electricity. It did. But when unplugged it was dead. Wouldn’t hold a charge. I returned this defective unit to Macy’s. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this product.

Perfect neck/ shoulder massager

The massager works wonders on my shoulder knots. I love that the material is washable. I would definitely get another one.

Great neck massager!|
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has struggled with cervical migraines I am always looking for ways to massage the muscles in my neck. This has been very helpful and it's easy to use. It really gets into the muscles and warms them with the heat feature. Ionly wish it would stay put without me having to hold the straps.

Basic neck massager
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this as it does massage the neck but it has a few flaws. The cord is removable which is interesting as it does not actually hold a charge. I also wish that it was adjustable to hit different parts of the neck but the material is very rigid. The heating feature is really nice!

It didn’t hold a charge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great massage, but could not get it to hold a charge. Had to keep plugged in the entire time. I liked the different settings and easy to use buttons. It really helped my stiff neck pain from working at a desk all day

Love the idea but not strong enough
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Influenster for my honest opinion and I have to say I love the idea of a neck massager after a long hard day at work however I feel like this could’ve been stronger on the massage pressure, I had to hold it tight to get the pressure I would prefer. It did the job however once I held the hand held down tighter so it’s not completely useless. It would be good for the occasional massage but not the everyday effect I expected.
