out of the box and does not work. also the charging lid came broken in the first place

Out the Box Broke

This item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son, I drove a significant distance to pick up this toy as it was out of stock at nearby stores. Opened it Christmas Day, and it NEVER worked. Changed batteries, charged it fully, nothing. Waste of money, waste of a drive. The item looks cheaper in person.

toy will not charge. Complete waste of money. followed instructions completely. others have reported the same problem. Highly recommend not purchasing this item.
