Best Heated and Weighted Collar On The Market

I have Occipital Neuralgia and this heated collar gives me so much help to calm the nerve. This collar is just the right weight and after microwaved, the perfect temp needed to calm the Occipital Nerve down and btw, the beads warmed up smell delightful. The only drawback, heating doesn't last long enough for me. Oh, and be careful you don't leave it in the microwave too long because it'll burn... Regardless, it's a wonderful collar and I highly recommend the purchase.

Never received my heating pad.

I never received this item. I have always shopped with Macy's this is the first time I did not received my order since December. I wanted to try it for my shoulders but I never got it and I am unable to report that I did not receive it from the original order.

Not satisfied

The heating pad I thought was electric. i didn't know that you have to put in microwave. Also the boots that was ordered didn't have a zipper, making it hard to put. I will be returning them both back to Macy's.
