Great until it died
I bought this in December of last year. It has been used frequently since then. This March, it stopped working. When it is plugged in, it is completely unresponsive. Before it died, I really liked this product and found it useful. But the fact that it did not even last 4 months is terrible.

Not quite what I expected....
Not what I anticipated. Heavy, "clunky" and awkward to manipulate and place on body. I gave up and used it unattached to me. Spread it out onto propped pillows on sofa so I could sit down and slide back ONTO the spread out pad. Made sure the device for Turing on, etc. was to my left so I could plug into outlet behind the sofa. It does heat up quickly. Hav to be careful not to set high b/c I can see where one can get burned. I do appreciate the width and height of the pad b/c it heats my lumbar and half way up thoracic spine. I can't take prescription pain meds so I rely on heat and Aleve (the only OTC my primary doctor says I can take, and it does work to a good degree, along with the heating pad). Price was good (got it on a special deal day!). Would I buy it again? Quite honestly: No. The weight of it is especially troubling for me.

Great for back pain!

Amazing
