So much better than a regular pillow for between the legs. Keeps your spine aligned when sleeping on your side and hips from getting sore.

LOVE IT

this is a game changer for me. I am a side sleeper and this has really improved my night sleep. I can remove the cover and wash and put back on with no problem.

Disappointed

I really wanted to like this cooling knee pillow, but I found it quite uncomfortable no matter where I placed it between my legs. I'm back to using a pillow between my legs which I find much more comfortable. I'll be giving this one away.
