Great slim and powerful vacuum
This is a fantastic small vacuum with lots of suction power and plenty of capacity for dust and dirt. The top part comes off so you can get to small spaces. It’s easy to move around and isn’t very loud. One star off because it will not stand up on its own, it has to lean on something.

Great until it stopped!
It could have lasted at least a year! I took good care of this vacuum. I replaced the filters cleaned it and the suction just stopped after 6 months of use. No obstructions and the roller is moving, but it just spits dirt back out! expected more from Shark. Very disappointed.

This vacuum is so easy to use!
...And it is so easy to clean after each use. I gave up my expensive Oreck because it could not compete! This Shark vacuum easily maneuvers underneath beds and chairs, gets tightly into corners, has excellent suction, etc. To change direction, all it takes is a slight change in one's wrist and it moves accordingly. Amazing!

Love it!
This is my 2nd Shark vacuum. I already had one and I decided that I loved it so much that I would have one for the upstairs and one for the main floor. Great vacuum!!!

Basically Vacuums for You!
So far, I am really enjoying this vacuum! It does most of the work for you. It’s easy to empty and has a compact storage option so it fits nicely in my small apartment. My only complaint is that when the top piece is on, the vacuum becomes too top-heavy and falls over unless it is leaning on something.

Powerhouse
I bought this vacuum for my daughter and her roommates to use in their new apartment. They are all completely enamored with it! It's extremely powerful, easy to maneuver, and works equally well on both carpet and hard flooring. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Very powerful machine
The suction on this vacuum is amazing. I cannot believe the amount of stuff it captures. Though it does lead to my single complaint about it. The dust cup is small. If I want to get away with dumping out a single time while vacuuming my home, I have to vacuum twice a week. If I wait, I end up having to dump the cup more than once to get the job done. In the big picture though, it is a minor issue. The goal is cleaning the home and if the machine is picking up that much, then it is doing its job. Also of note, the power is such that the machine will drive itself across the carpet with almost no input from the user. And again, I would rather have that much power than not enough. The PowerFins do as they advertise. There is not any hair getting trapped in the brush roll. This is of special interest as I have a dog that is constantly shedding. Prior vacuums have always got messed up with the hair wrapping around the roller. Not with this vacuum. It is corded, but I see that as both a pro and con. The corded vacuum is less expensive than equivalent cordless versions. But, it does make usage a bit more cumbersome. If the rating scale was 1 to 10, I'd probably give a 9 due to the small cup. But it isn't more than a 10% ding to the rating. With the five star schedule, it isn't fair to rate this machine as just "good."
