great vacuum

This vacuum is everything I hoped it would be, although one has to be aware to keep the vacuum part flat so it will be able to do it's job as I have read some reviewers complained that the vacuum didn't have enough suction but that's because of human error not the vacuum.

This is the second Shark I have owned. I bought this one after comparing it against other Sharks. I have a Corgi/Border Collie cross dog. In other words a hair ball! I liked that it was pointed towards a pet owner. Even though it is advertised as Ultra Light it is very difficult for me to use due to arthritis in my hands, wrists and upper arms. It cleans well and it is easy to clean but I think I’m going to continue to use my ‘old’ Shark.

Good not great

I love everything about it except that if you use it without any attachments, the black rubber on the end of it will leave marks. I have marks on my (beige) couch now, as well as my light-colored floor. Otherwise, fantastic suction and not too heavy. Easy to clean. It would be a nice design feature if it had a convenient way to hang it on the wall.
