Love love love this product!

I purchased this a few days ago and I am totally loving it!! I have very Long thick hair and it usually takes me over an hour to dry it then straighten it. Not anymore, this product is worth it's weight in Gold, I cannot believe how quickly it dried my hair along with straightening it. My hair was so soft, smooth and shiny when I finished and It had only taken me about 20 minutes. I am so happy about this. I love this heated comb/blow dryer brush it is wonderful. I am so very impressed. Thanks Shark!!!! I will recommend this to all my friends.

Love love love this styler, but one safety concern

I really want to give this 5 stars because I truly love this product. I use Color Wow heat protectant and my hair is nice and smooth. I rarely have to use the frizz free/smoothing comb, but it a wonderful bonus. I do not have to section my hair out at all and I use the dryer brush on my fully wet hair. I do not see that my hair is getting overly hot or see smoke coming off it like a normal hair dryer. I honestly think this styler is healthier for my hair and isn't drying it out, The reason I am deducting a star, is because I use the dryer portion on high, and I think I have turned it off and leave for the day and I come back to my room smelling hot, only to realize I turned on the smoothing comb feature and has been on for 10+ hours. Why there is not an auto shut off feature like most curling irons or flat irons really surprises me considering the fire hazard and how great a company Shark is. Or make the smoothing feature a completely different button or something so it avoids the thought that you turned off the whole styler. I understand there is a light that comes on to show that the smoother is heating up, but if the sound is off from the blow dryer, I just set it down and go about my day not thinking anything more of the styler. So it is a very easy mistake that can be made by anyone. I feel this fire hazard should be seriously looked into and the improvement be made like I mentioned, with an auto shut off after 30 mins of non use or to make a separate switch to turn on/off the smoother. I did call into customer service to report this issue and praised the product for what it does for my hair. But the safety concern must be addressed.

It’s very unhygienic to sell a hairbrush that had been sold and returned before. The product should have been checked to ensure a used product was not sold again.

Amazing brush!

This is the best brush dryer I´ve ever bought! is dries super fast and lasts for 2 days ! my hair tends to get frizz easily but after using this it brush my hair style lasts all day and looks amazing! Just use heat protecting spray if you are going in the wet mode because can get very hot in the level 3 , level 2 works great too, but it takes a little more, the dry mode is great too , just make sure you brush your hair first , it helps to refresh your hair style and make it even smoother.

I purchased this blow dryer on the reputation of Shark. It didn't disappoint. My previous name brand dryer was burning my hair, and pulling some of it out. This one doesn't burn my hair, and I don't find very much hair on the brush after drying. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
