This mop is a life saver!! Just pour water into the dispenser, wait a few seconds for it to heat up and go! (never put cleaning products in the dispenser) I like to spray the cleaner on the floor and then go over it with the mop, even though you really don't have to use cleaner at all. The heat from the mop gets everything up. This makes mopping so quick and painless!

Fantastic Steam Pocket
It cleaned (with dogs foot prints) on my brand new bamboo flooring and sanitized my kitchen cabinets!
Product Defect
I shared the same experience as the first reviewer, the steamer leaked continuously.
Gets the Job Done!
Well, I have to say, I've been hesitant about this little steam mop. After owning a Shark vacuum that kept breaking, I swore off Shark products forever. However, I wound up with this little guy in my life, and here are my 1st impressions... Steams well. So well that the shiny wax finish came right up! (Whoops! Looks like I'll be looking for a new product to put a little sheen under step!) Like that the mop head is 2 sided, so instead of doing half the floors, washing, drying, and then finishing the floors, I can just flip that bad boy over and keep right on rollin' (or steaming as the case may be). I don't like how there is no reservoir for cleaning fluid. I know I can just go around with my own squirt bottle of cleaner, but really, sometimes I just like the convenience of being able to just push a button on the steamer itself to get solution to come out. All too many times I've set a separate bottle of cleaner down between spraying only to realize that I have to step on the just-steamed portion of floor to get the cleaner to do the next section... Yes, it's a dumb move on my part, but it happens (more than I care to admit) & I hate it. Also, since we're on the subject, I feel like the water reservoir is entirely too small if you're going to leave off a cleaning solution reservoir. I literally had to refill the reservoir 2x just to do my living room, and anyone who's seen my house knows just how small it is! :) Still, it gets the job done, so I'm happy. Really, for the price, I feel like its worth it.
Terrible product, terrible customer service
I received my Shark 2-in-1 Steam Pocket Mop about a week ago. It was easy to assemble and I was looking forward to using it. VERY disappointed. It left streaks all over my kitchen floor. When I try to use it on my bathroom floor, I literally went over the same spot of toothpaste on my tile floor 25 times and it still didn't come off! I mean seriously, I could have bent over and wiped it off with a paper towel and a little elbow grease in about 10 seconds. So....I thought before giving it a bad review, I would give Shark Customer Service a try. I used the online "chat" I waited 10 minutes to be connected. When finally connected I shared my issues and the represetative (Mary-Katherine) gave me a number to call and they would go over my warranty options. When I asked her what she meant by warranty options, she simply gave me the number again. I told her this customer experience wasn't very helpful and she told me I could fill out the survey at the end and she disconnected me! WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY SHARK PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!
