Disappointed

Compared to our previous Shark the new Shark Rotator Pet Upright Vacuum with PowerFins HairPro and Odor Neutralizer Technology | ZU102 | HEPA Filter | Charcoal unit has some negatives. * The power cord is too short! * No light! * No access to roller brush and belt! * Detachable hose is stiff and too short! * Changing modes from floor to carpet requires turning off the unit in order to get roller brush to work! * Cord management/placement makes no sense whatsoever! Clip to hold cord towards top of unit is lacking. * First couple of uses resulted in burned belt smell and high noise!

Excellent, light, but sucks up everything in its p

Replacement vacuum

This replacement was provided to us after our 8 month old similar Shark quit running. Happy with the slightly longer hose, cord and extra attachment. Hopeful this one has no issues.

Great purchase

Bought this to replace a Dyson Vac - couldn't be happier with the decision. This vac does a better job of picking up pet hair, more maneuverable, etc.

Not as expected

I have purchased several Shark vacuum cleaners and this one is by far the worst performing. I have had this for a year now and am extremely disappointed in its performance. It lugs down when going over a thicker carpet and I find that I have to go over an area more than once to truly get it clean. I would look at a different model before purchasing this particular one.
