Not what I expected
Not sure how this got 5 stars. It’s far from lightweight as described and lacks power. The only good thing is the long extension cord. Disappointed overall—expected better performance from a Shark vacuum.

Lightweight cleaning machine
Was really impressed with this shark for our LVP floors and area rugs. It’s easy to maneuver and transforms into a handheld vacuum to get to hard to reach spots.

Five star vacuum
This vacuum is my favorite. The old one broke down after 12 years of use, and I just had to buy the same exact vacuum. The performance is most excellent, easy to store and with all the attachments, you can use it for different things, vacuum the car , vacuum even the places hard to reach, vacuum steps .. I definitely highly recommend it.

Great vacuum, awful Macy's service
The vacuum is great! I'm writing about the awful experience from ordering online at Macy's. The first shipment arrived with a used vacuum in it, complete with someone else's dirt in the vacuum dirt cup. Totally gross! Called and the customer service rep. actually laughed when I told him about the used vacuum. I had to ship that vacuum back to them. They sent another and 'expedited' the shipping. That got lost somewhere in the shipping process. I called again, they shipped another vacuum. Finally, I received the third vacuum only to have the second vacuum show up the same day. I had to ship one of those back. Then to top it off, I received emails saying I hadn't returned the vacuums when I had already received confirmation that they had received both returned vacuums. They were going to charge me for those vacuums! Still checking my account everyday to make sure I don't get charged for them. What a total fiasco!!!
