What a Wonder

With a medium short hair dog and cat I vacuum daily. Today when I received my new shark, I tested it on a large rug, 13× 16, in my family room. OMG. Nothing I mean nothing beats this Shark for picking up dirt and pet hair. I have a medium short haired dog and cat. The first pass filled the cannister. The second pass 1/2 full. It picked up embedded pet hair and hair that my old vacuum didn't. The whole house smells cleaner and fresher. I used it throughout my home with similar results. A wonderful machine and at 50% off a steal.

Shark Rocket Pet Vacuum

Easy to put together. Suctions up dust and debris effortlessly. I use it on my hardwood and tile floors. It is a bit top heavy. Also it is quite loud. I solved that problem by inserting ear plugs. I haven’t used it on the carpet. I also appreciate how long the cord is and how easy it is to empty the dust bin. For the price it is a great little vacuum.

Irreplaceable

Worst vacuum I ever had. I purchased this vacuum in November 2024 & it broke within 6 months of having it. I tried asking for help from Macy’s because the website states 5 year warranty. Instead they told me to contact shark. Unfortunately I took it apart trying to fix it & realized theirs no way to fix it (taking it apart violates sharks warranty). I looked up on YouTube how to fix the vacuum & turns out shark purposely designed the product to be unfixable so that customers would have to buy a whole new vacuum. If you go to a vacuum repair shop they will tell you the same thing. Shark is no good. I’m very disappointed with shark & Macy's. Lots of false advertising on both ends!
