best vacuum I ever own

Very good for seniors and apartment dwellers and people w arthritis. Super powerful, not too loud, affordable, w great pickup, simple controls, and it’s space saving. I’m so pleased. I like it better than my other one, which is supposed to be all that and so much more. Just a little trouble getting the tools mounted—I was too tentative. Then just need a little pressure and they snapped on.

Pieces snap off

I've had this vacuum for a year and a half and there are two tiny pieces of plastic that keep the hose attached to the handle. One of them just broke off and the other is about to break. It'll be unusable when that breaks, but at least the suction is still working fine.

This is the vacuum I use at work.

Ok, first the positive. I use this vacuum at work and when I first started using it, I loved it. It had the sucking power to get the job done. I like the bagless feature which makes for emptying it easy. And now, the cons.......... You know what? There's really only one thing negative about this vac BUT it's huge. There are about 4 or 5 spots from the brush bar to the dust cup which are points of clogging and it's SO frustrating. So if you don't mind stopping to search for a clog then this vac will do you proper!

Perfect vacuum. Just keep the handle curve clear.

I have been using this nv105 for many years. I love it so much that I have bought one for my son and one for my brother. I think the reviews that say it stopped working is due to debris getting stuck in their handles. There is a button to disconnect the handle on both sides to check. It's not hard to do at all. Over the counter ears various pieces of paper have been sucked up then debris impacts in front of it. Just shake out the curve at the handle and the machine is just fine. Takes 39 seconds. This usually happens around Christmas ornament boxes.

Do NOT purchase

I purchased my vacuum a year ago and it stopped working. I was looking to get information on warranty and protection then saw the reviews and how both Macys and Shark refused to refund so I didn’t even bother to attempt, as I don’t have the time for the hassle. It isn’t worth it.

efficient for apt.

This vacuum is very good and is perfect for my apt. i also used it in a house i was in and it worked well. i like it.

Not my best experience

I bought mine August 10, 2023 and it stopped working yesterday. Is there a recall? Worked great until it stopped
