Shark is my all-time favorite brand for vacuums not only is the suction power amazing. It’s very easy to maneuver. I love the detachable hose not super loud vacuum which I love. I love that you pull off the dust and clean it and clean the filter. I’ve had my shirt for about, four years and it’s still going strong

Strong suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been loving this vacuum for the past several weeks. The first thing I noticed was how much lighter it is compared to my previous vacuum. It makes things easier on my wrists. The suction is really strong. I noticed that it picks up bigger things (pieces of food, paper, and trash in general). And that's a great thing, considering I have five kids and the floors get dirty a lot. Being able to dump the canister without unwinding the cord is a big plus. And the canister can hold a lot before I have to empty it. I'm really pleased with it, but I would mention one flaw. If I'm using the wand to reach for something that's high or far, the whole vacuum tips over. It can be a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I love it and it's a great improvement from my old vacuum.

Excellent vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this vacuum for a month, white dog hair sweeps right up. I have cream colored carpets I never imagined the dirt that was trapped in there. The canister is easy to clean. Love that it all stores together and can become a hand held vacuum in seconds. Extra extension bar for those hard to reach areas. The head on the vacuum swivels so it gets in those tight areas. Goes from carpet to hard floors easily. Lightweight and very powerful suction and brush to clean with. I would recommend this for anyone. Great for older people that need light weight, high functioning and multiple purpose vacuum.

Unbelievable Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like there are truly too many good things to say about the Shark Lift-Away Upright Vacuum. When I received this product, I was extremely excited because of the constant dog and cat hair that rolls through my apartment. In my apartment I have mostly hardwood, but I do have carpet in the bedroom. The hardwood feature on the vacuum works brilliantly and the carpet feature has the strongest suction I have ever experienced with a vacuum. Another aspect of the vacuum I love is the fact that this vacuum is detachable making it super easy to move around the house and get those tough to reach areas. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this vacuum to a friend, I am extremely happy with it.

Stellar vaccum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not quite know what I was missing out on until I got this vacuum. It picks up dirt and dust incredibly well. My favorite feature has to be the removable dust/dirt trap for easy dumping after vaccuuming. Also, the handle extension for the hand tools is long that you don’t have to bend over to clean anything. Highly recommend.

Great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! I haven’t had it long yet but so far it’s been great. It’s so lightweight and easy to use. My previous upright vacuum was very heavy and didn’t turn easily. The Shark is a total opposite. I can easily maneuver it around furniture and corners. The vacuum really picks up a lot of dirt from the carpet. So far I’ve only used it on the minimum suction setting and it works great. There are two settings for suction - minimum and maximum - as well as another setting for hard floors or carpet. Emptying the dust container is super simple. My favorite part is that you can remove the handle and the brush roll and just carry the canister around. It makes vacuuming my stairs effortless. No more lugging the entire vacuum up and down while I’m cleaning. It came with a crevice tool and upholstery tool as standard. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the cord seems shorter than on my previous vacuum which was another brand. That isn’t a bad thing if you have a lot of outlets in your home. The vacuum seems sturdy so I’m hoping that it lasts for a while.
