I absolutely love my Shark Rocket however mine don't seem to last as long as I would like. The last 2 that I purchased have broken in about the same place. It seems that the flexible hose just doesn't last. I think that I have had this one 3 or 4 years. I wish I could repair it instead of spending that amount of money on a new vacuum. Is there a possibility that I could purchase a replacement of just what is broken? I have raved about this vacuum to many others. It is a great product!

Love this Shark
I Love this shark as I did my old shark. It does the work perfectly lifts all dirt and fur. This vacuum is light weight and easy on the back!! I highly recommend this vacuum to everyone!!!!

Cleaning power
I'm extremely impressed with the amount of dust and debris my Shark Rocket pulls from my reasonably clean carpets! I love the size, weight and the ease of taking it up and down the stairs.

This my least favorite Shark ever.
I brought thisShark Rocket Pro Corded Stick Vacuum about a month ago.I have used it a few minutes twice and have decided to return it. I have never returned anything like this before. I really wanted the Shark Cordless my friend has. I hate the cord. It is just like using my vacuum. But I really hate how this is so top heavy. I had to find a place to prop this every time I move something while vacuuming and half the time it would still fall over. It made vacuuming or light vacuuming way to stressful for me.

Pretty good value for the price
The one thing that bothers me about most of these stick vacuums is that the attachments don't attach. So when you want to use the crevice tool or whatever, you have to go dig it out of the closet. My husband had to 3D print a couple of clips so now I'm happy and my attachments are where the vacuum is. But I have higher expectation of Shark/Ninja. They could have provided the clips easily.

Such a Relief!
I bought this vacuum to replace the 20-year-old SeBo my parents had and refused to let go of. And I can tell you that I am so relieved and happy that I got it. It is lightweight and not difficult to carry from my basement to the top floor. Everything detaches with a click of a button so I can switch between different accessories without making much effort. The machine is powerful and the carpet after cleaning feels fluffy under foot. The suction power is also great and picks up hair and seeds from my cockatiel pet birds. The container is very easy to empty as well. I love the fact that the brush head is able to rotate itself right and left so I can effortlessly clean corners and behind objects. So far I love the vacuum. Let's just see what happens as far as durability goes because I am kind of used to things breaking down quickly even though I take good care of them. I do hope that this vaccum lasts me a very long time..at least 5 years
