So much better than a Dyson
Did not believe the hype at first between using the Shark vs Dyson. I have four cats that constantly shed, the Shark picked up much better! Dyson is being returned!
Shark Rocket or Dyson Slim
First the price of the Shark Rocket is less than half of the Dyson Slim. The Dyson is rechargable, but it last 15 minutes, the Shark is corded. I vacuumed my bedroom carpet and the Shark picked up pet hair my canister vac didnt. Its great on hardwood floors also, and it has a dusting attachment for the hard wood floor. Liked this vac so much bought my sister one
Makes housework fun!
WOW. This vacuum cleans the best! Our home has bamboo and Italian porcelain floors throughout, plus a few scatter rugs. The Shark Rocket cleans each surface extremely well. It is portable and lightweight and maneuvers corners, under the sofa, chairs, and beds like a charm. Even comes with attachments to clean one's car. We have two house dogs. This vacuum sucks up the hair and dander better than our old vacuum that is advertised to be the best on pet hair. Thank you Macy's.
We Love It !
We had planned on getting a Dyson, but after reading reviews and comparing the quality and value of each one, we settled on the Shark HV302 Rocket Vacuum. It is light weight and easy to manuver . We had just finished vacuuming with our "old rainbow vacuum" and could not believe what it had left in the carpet.. It is also easy to use when doing the stairs and hardwood floors. It comes with plenty of useful attachments. We believe this vacuum is a good product and at a fair price.
Light weight and user friendly
I have only had for two weeks, but very satisfied. It is much lighter than either my canister or upright. Easier to do stairs. Easier to vacuum the coils of my refrigerator with the wand and attachments. I haven't tried all the attachments yet. Easy to empty the canister after usage. Cord is long, would have preferred a retractable cord, but can't have everything.
Most powerful little vac ever!
I have been searching for 3 years for a suitable small vac for quick pick ups and mainly - the STAIRS ! Everything that I bought was either clumsy and heavy, or weak and awkward, sometimes all of the above. I was a little hesitant to buy something at this price range just for stairs, but having 2 sets of stairs that were quickly turning into my most hated household chore, I thought I'd try it. Let me tell you, i honestly thought it was self propelled at first! Doing the stairs, a job that took a minimum of an hour in the past? 10 minutes per set. And, I have to admit - they were pretty dirty. The real beauty of this vac is how versatile it is. By taking the pole off, you have an extremely powerful hand held. Put it back on, it's an upright. My only word of caution: Do NOT use it as an upright like you normally would. Don't try to hold it up, you'll get tired very quickly. Instead, develop a gentle swinging, back and forth motion, allowing your arm to hang down. LOVE THIS VAC!
