I received a FlexFusion blowdryer set in January 2025, and I have had nothing but issues with it from the start. I use it fairly regularly, once every week or every other week. I constantly get the blinking red temperature lights on both sides, and have followed all of the troubleshooting directions on the site and nothing has worked. The lights continue to blink, the blowdryer will be set to full heat and cool air comes out, the attachments always feel like they are wiggling, the air coming out is never consistent, and it will just turn off in the middle of use. I don’t keep it running as I do my whole head, I turn it off between pieces (using the blow dryer brush attachment), and these issues still persist. I honestly have no interest in even keeping this product and continuing to use it, but it was so pricey I feel I have no choice. The straightener attachment also SUCKS and just made my hair frizzy and fluffy.

Perfect for curly hair girlies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy the original Sharkflex due to the price but it ended up being one of my best purchases in 2024. So I was even more excited to try the new FlexFusion and it did not disappoint! The cool setting and scalp protector mode is perfect when diffusing my curls. For days I want to wear my hair straight, the ceramic flat iron attachment is a life saver and time saver! The only con about the tool is that I use so many of the attachments that it is hard to travel with the full set.

Good product so far.

Takes practice to get used too. My first blowout with the wet dry brush I wasn’t too happy with the results. My second one I felt like I was getting the hang of it and it looked so good! I tried the curlers for the first time today and I thought it was hard at first. But as I continued it got easier. I feel like with time and practice also figuring out the right balance of hair products I will love it. I do wish it came with the round brush attachment for the price.

Need to practice

Should come with heat gloves. If you have to change tools while doing hair it’s hard to get the attachment off while it’s hot. I like the product - it does take some getting used to using- it’s heavy. Haven’t completely figured out the air curll yet.

Super Awesome multy dual attachments tool!!!

I invested on a Shark FlexFusion air & ceramic Styling & drying System. Honestly I don't think we can compare because is the only one that has a blow dryer and a flat iron combination plus the brushes that can be use on wet or dry. This is a very unique tool and versatile in addition easy to organize and great to travel since is light weigh. I do recommend it to everyone, go get yours, YOU WILL LOVE IT! It delivered results such as fast dryes, make it Shine, styles but ultimately the healthy hair is noticeable. Now please shark I need a fast dry attachment ASAP! Can you do this for me please????

Didn’t include what they said

I was very excited for this product. I bought this option because it said it provided the straightener and the round brush. I paid extra for this feature. I am very upset because if I had wanted just the round brush I could have paid almost 100 dollars less and got 2 extra attachments. I do not know if they made a mistake in the shipping process or something because I paid extra for this feature and never received it.
