Excellent product when working.

We have had our SV780_N14 for a number of years and wife has been extremely happy Then it happened. Fully charge (checked unit with voltmeter) turn unit on runs for about 3 seconds and shuts down try again same results. We love this unit and I want to try and fix it.

Piece of Junk!!

We purchased Two(2) after 6 weks BOTH Power-Brush attachments Stopped working...Useless...Shoddy manufacture and from SHARK a company that Advertises itself as the 'BEST'.....Nope TOTAL JUNK!! Shameful.

Will not hold a charge

This item worked well, but after owning for less than a year the battery quit holding a charge. It seems like others have had this problem as well. When it did work, it was great for detailing my car and keeping it clean. But now that it doesn't hold a charge it isn't helping with anything

Stop working in less than a year

Very disappointed about this product At first i was happy . Approximately 6months it stop working. The life of the battery isn't good.

Vacum did not work

I have the exact vacum but it won't work . I went and purchase a nother because I had like it. To my suprise the new vacum did not charge nor work. I had to return it.

This Vac has Power

Fully charged super fast! Impressive pickup power for a handvac. My kids insist it’s even better than our big vac.
