Cleanliness

This is a good idea. That said, the item is bulky and might be hard to store. I was more concerned about the ability to keep it clean. With the storage area underneath the cutting board, you would have to find a clever tool to get underneath the board for thorough cleaning. Obviously the flexible boards would have to be removed… if you are not a cleaner, the flexible boards might become cross contaminated

Disappointed

Only one of the inserts fit the cutting board. The others were too big. I was very disappointed. I returned it to the store. Would order another one, but not sure if the same is true with others.
