Pain to put together and a bent rack

I have called no answer in the hours listed on Seville Classic Information. The sent an auto answer to my email. No response on replacing one rack. This shelving is extremely heavy to get inside; and I paid with kind gifts for help. I proceed to building right after Christmas only to discover as I started with the damaged insertion shelf. After viewing several you tubes I was finally able after 1.5 hours to assemble it. I would be giving an excellent rating had both the instructions been helpful and there was quality control to have seen this before finding out the hard way. I do need one shelf replacement. No matter what I do it will not work.
