This pillow starts the night great but often is hard and flat by the morning. I have to fluff it every night. When fluffed, it is good for a back sleeper. Even a side sleeper does well until it gets flat later on in the night. I didn’t know that goose feathers do have that tendency to pack and make the pillow more firm. So perhaps that is the issue.

Not full
These are not full and fluffy once you put your head down on them. I’m a side sleeper and have to use two of them. Disappointed for the price.

Awful, Flat, Rough
Serta seems to be aware of how awful these pillows are. A Serta representative comments on the poor reviews here and attempts to disclaim all responsibility for their terrible quality by blaming the "licensed manufacturer" who made these. Please don't waste your money on Serta pillows. There's no way to know before their pillows whether or not they were made by a third-party manufacturer, and by the time you figure it out you can't get your money back. Like many other people have stated, these pillows arrive extremely flat. You can fluff them so they look nice, but once you lie your head on them they go flat without maintaining any sort of comfort or cushion. The pillow fabric itself is rough, tought, and could use a good starch or perhaps just better quality fabric.

I ordered 2 sets and in matter of days the pillows was super flat you had to fluff them up. After a few fluffs you no longer can get any kinda shape to it. I’m so disappointed I was excited that the description said hotel pillows. I was toss and turn and fold to get a comfortable sleep, to where I went out and had to buy more pillows. I wish I was accommodated in some kinda way due to the amount of money I spend and receiving poor quality.

I just received my pillows, and they are flat. Had to put another pillow under to sleep on it. I thought this pillow would be similar to the hotel pillows and I was wrong. Please don’t waste your time or hard earn money.
