Does not hold up well.

I have had this mattress a little over a year and it’s getting saggy.

Not Firm at all

This mattress is not firm at all, it's not good for a person with back problem.

Not so.firm

Nice Mattress but not firm. If you want firm get extra firm, too soft for me and to soft to be a firm!

Too firm

Seems well made but hurts my hips. I am a dude sleeper. Too firm for me. I can’t reach anyone at Macy’s customer service to discuss returning it.

Best sleep in years

I have had this mattress for a few weeks now, my goodness it is comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in years, literally!

Best Mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Serta Alverson ll Euro top Firm is a great mattress. It is so comfortable. I had other mattress but this one is the best by far. It's just the right amount of firm without being to hard.

One Amazing Mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a very light sleeper but no longer! I have the worst time finding a mattress that is firm yet comfortable and the Alverson II Euro Top Firm is perfect in every way. I can't believe how much better I am sleeping. After the first two nights, I saw a huge difference in my sleep pattern. One thing that I really love about this mattress is that it is not super heavy! So it was easy for me to switch out my old mattress to the Alverson. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a firm yet supportive mattress. It is very hard to explain, but for me, it was not so firm that it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. It was plush enough that it provided me extream comfort. If you are thinking about purchasing this mattress I highly suggest checking it out.
