My back aches when I get up and I toss and turn during the night.

So disappointed in comparison to my Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top from 20 years ago that gave me 20 years of truly perfect sleep. I can't pinpoint the reason for the discomfort.

Bought this mattress and it started sagging Macy’s replaced it and the replacement is sagging I will never buy another Serta so disappointed in this mattress

Wonderful mattress! Very comfortable with just the right balance between firmness and softness. I do not get warm like have with other types of foam mattresses.

Great firm support with just enough softness for a great night's sleep

Most pillow-top mattresses make me feel like I'm trapped in a valley, I sink too deep into the mattress and never get support. With the Sapphire Canyon, the pillow-top provided a soft experience but the mattress support is also evident, providing a great night's sleep without some of the aches and pains found in other mattresses that lack the support needed. If you've been disappointed with pillow-tops in the past, this is the mattress that will provide comfort AND support.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Sapphire Canyon PL PT 16" mattress in hopes that it would help with my lower back issues. This mattress is heavy duty & thick along with having the pillow top so it seems like decent quality. When I first got it, the first week I literally had no lower back pain or hip pain when I got up in the morning. It was great! Unfortunately, after the first week I noticed that the mattress already seemed to be 'sagging'. When you get out of the bed, the gel foam in the mattress isn't bouncing back/fluffing back up & isn't providing the support it did when I first got it. I wound up having to turn the mattress after 2 weeks (being a pillow top, you can't flip it over, you can just rotate it). I haven't had a good night sleep on that mattress outside of that first week. In fact, my back & hips now hurt worse than they did before. I have to attribute that to the fact that the pillow top doesn't seem to be holding up well. Because of this, this mattress is proving that it will have a very short lifespan & for that reason I would not recommend it.

Can a bed feel gorgeous?

It feels great, for myself it's exactly the right amount of support and softness that just makes laying on it a delight. Having slept on it now for about a week and a half, wake up no back pain, feeling refreshed, I'm not overheating or feeling like the mattress itself is retaining too much heat. The coils seem stable, they're not falling or feeling like they're not bouncing back to where they're supposed to be each morning. The service that dropped it off, definitely left something to be desired. But that's not the mattress of fault anyway The master itself is great, highly recommend.
