Waist of money! No Back Support.

Worst mattress ever. After several months I am making up in excruciating pain every time I turn over. I am past the 120 days to return it. I think they get softer the more you sleep on it and there is absolutely no support whatsoever. If you have any pack pain whatsoever save your money and don’t buy this bed. There is no back support at all! The bed sags

The Plush Pillow Top is designed to be one of our softest mattress which is not a comfort level that works for everyone. While we know that every sleeper has different needs and what works for some may not work for all, your insight is helpful for others doing research.

That said, we do want to address the sagging that you mentioned. Our 10-year limited warranty covers permanent, visible indentations greater than 1.5 inches.

Good mattress for side sleepers

Good mattress, level of plushness was as expected. I'm a side sleeper with wide shoulders and this has reduced the pressure on my shoulder/neck. Macy's price was good and the delivery service.communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and was professional.

My back aches when I get up and I toss and turn during the night.

So disappointed in comparison to my Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top from 20 years ago that gave me 20 years of truly perfect sleep. I can't pinpoint the reason for the discomfort.
