After about year of use, I noticed that the top cover of the mattress, mostly in the middle was coming loose from the material below it. This wasn't that big of a deal, it would just kind of bunch up a bit. However, after 1.5 years, I've discovered what seems to be a gap or tear in the pad just below the cover. It's about 2 feet long, and maybe a few inches wide, just about centered in the mattress running length-wise. It's very uncomfortable as it's right where I sleep. Unfortunately for me, I can't find my receipt so I'm not sure if it is covered under the warranty.

Really Firm, worth checking out

This mattress took a few days to get used to. It's very firm, and in all honesty the first night I didn't think I would ever be able to stand up straight again (no exaggeration). The second night my back and spine started to stretch out and I woke up feeling a lot better. The third night I stretched out like a cat and haven't looked back since. As an added benefit, the stitching on this mattress is quite beautiful (although it won't be seen since there are mattress protective covers over it, but it is a very pretty looking mattress top.

Best mattress I have found for my bad back

I can't tell you how many mattresses I have had over the years. This is the best mattress I've have found for my bad back and the first one I can sleep on for more than 3 or 4 hours. And the best part is it did 'not' come rolled up in a box with the life sucked out of it. I just wish I could buy another one. I am unable to find this anymore. Very sad about that.

Worst mattress I've ever had

I was sleeping on an 8-year-old mattress and decided to upgrade to this. I've had it for a year and a half, and I've had the worst sleep of my life during this time. I've suffered from insomnia and night sweats. No matter what I do, it's way too hot, and I toss and turn all night. I wish I never would have bought it.

Not what I expected from a Serta Perfect Sleeper

My prior Serta Perfect Sleeper lasted more than 20 years, and was only replaced because it was too big. I shopped mattresses online for weeks before deciding on the Serta Perfect Sleeper Kleinmon II Firm. First of all, if it has a layer of "cooling gel," as advertised, it doesn't work. This is the hottest mattress I've ever slept on. Second, it's lumpy, even through 2 mattress covers. Third, and most important, this mattress developed a deep sag in the middle before it was even 6 months old. I sleep in this bed by myself and tend to sleep on one side of it - not even in the middle! I'm very disappointed in this Serta, but can't afford to replace it.

Is perfect for my back

I like to much my mattress Serta, is exactly the one that my back needs. Is firm and as I said, is perfect for my back. In comparison with my old mattress, I used it for only five to six months and the pain in my back was worst and worst. I feel so happy with my new Serta mattress and I sleep like a baby. I knew about the product because my parents’ mattress is a Serta and I love it too much. I recommend the Serta mattresses for ever, so please don’t change anything on it!!
