Unable to write a review due to not receiving my mattress for over a month now, Been calling customer service and not receiving any help on this matter. Macys needs to do better for their customers, due to this horrible experience, I will no longer be making any large /appliance etc purchases from them.
Delivery
Paid for mattress removal. Delivery service refused to pick up old mattress

Don't buy a mattress from Macys.
Very dissappointed. The mattress had the bases included in the original order, however when they brought the delivery the bases were nowhere to be found so it wasn't going to be able to be used until they decided to show up (which no one knew when was going to happen). Then there was a big gash in the underside we noticed when the plastic was received. The delivery guys were very nice and apologized and took it away but I lost some critical time to get this task completed before having company over this weekend. :(

For context, many times when multiple items are on order with a delivery company, the delivery date for each item needs to be scheduled. We recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store who should be able to assist with scheduling and providing status updates on the order, and ordering a replacement mattress as well since you mentioned that the mattress was removed upon delivery. We first recommend ensuring that your bed frame/mattress setup fits within our warranty standards. If it does, we highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at.
