Had to cancel a sale and shop elsewhere

I planned on making a simple purchase of a mattress and boxspring set in the south Florida store. I met with the sales lady who seemed to be nice and seemed to listen to my needs and had some knowledge. After making the purchase with my Macys card, I noticed on my receipt that there was no delivery date to my dismay. I called the store and spoke to the saleslady she informed me I had to call customer service myself. I relunctantly called and they informed me that my order wouldnt be filled for at least 35 days! This was unacceptable so I asked what can I do next I was told to cancel and reselect another mattress set. Honestly I was so turned off by the whole process having been a retail Merchandise manager myself thirty years ago, I felt this was a totally mishandled sale so I cancelled the sale and shopped elsewhere. SALESPERSONS NEED TO FOLLOW THROUGH COMPLETELY FROM THE START OF SALE TO THE CUSTOMERS TIMELY DELIVERY.

Mattress is working out great. I was not happy with the white glove service. The men delivering were polite but had no idea what white glove service was. They did not even have clean booties. When I showed them the store description of White Glove, they laughed.

No regrets- this is a great mattress!

Bought this mattress about a month ago and absolutely love it! It's firm, yet very comfortable and soft (not like sleeping on a floor!). The delivery guys were fantastic- set up the mattress and removed the old one very efficiently. I can't believe how inexpensive this mattress was- I've paid more for mattresses from Mattress Firm that were of a much lesser quality (NEVER shopping there for mattresses again!!!)

Two Twin Extra Long Mattresses

I purchased two twin Extra-Long mattresses to make a kingsize bed. Have been doing this for the past 55 years. Easier to take apart switch sides and clean once a year when I take all off the bed frame. They last longer than a kingsize mattress and no problems with sheets fitting just perfect.

Great mattress and really comfortable

The worst!!

I have chronic upper back pain and was hoping a new firm mattress would do the trick. I couldn’t talk my husband into anything fancy that could elevate my head and not When we married 18 years ago, he had a cal king size bed and I had a king size bed. His has remained in the guest room and we have slept on and replaced my old mattress twice in this time period. His mattress is amazing and has hardly been slept on at all, but the Cal king won’t fit my bedframe or I would just trade it out. My husband would also get a little fussy if I wanted to sleep in another room.🤷‍♀️ this mattress had good reviews and the price was great so I decided to try it. It has barely been two months and it has sagging spots where we both sleep. My husband only weighs 170 pounds and I weigh 150. In my opinion, this should not have produced what’s going on with our mattress. I also wake with horrible back and neck pain. I would exchange this mattress if I could. It’s terrible!

Do your homework first!

Do your homework first before buying. Offer came through with huge savings something like 50% off, only to find that the exact product was available directly through Serta a bit cheaper than the price I paid through Macy*s. Don't be fooled by what the name of the product is. While the name of the product differs, the basic product is exactly the same. My parents always told me Macy*s was the place to shop, don't believe the hype. They have traded quality and standards for deception.
