I'm a side sleeper. I use this neck roll pillow over a regular pillow and it works great for me.

A little too soft!

I always sleep on a roll pillow. I usually make my own, but decided to try this one. It is not stiff enough for me. I have RA and it doesn't hold my head up to the right angle. Nice pillow, just not right for me!
